All professional engagements are defined by a mutually agreed-upon scope of work (SOW). Modifications to the core architecture after logic freezing may require additional resource allocation.
Intellectual Property
Full source code ownership is transferred to the client upon project completion and finalization of financial transactions. I reserve the right to demonstrate non-sensitive components in the "Featured Work" section of this hub unless otherwise restricted by NDA.
Financial Protocols
- 30% Initial initiation deposit for custom builds
- Milestone-based verification and dispatch
- Final delivery upon protocol completion
Liabilities & Warrenty
I provide a 30-day "Stability Phase" post-deployment to ensure all systems are functioning at peak efficiency. Long-term maintenance operations are governed by separate support contracts.
